This is just turning out to be an awful summer. I tried to view the positives! Honest! There's just so few of them!!

Don't you just hate it when people do something to make up for the fact that they couldn't do what you wanted? *grumbles*

*Insert venting here*
*Turns up music*

*Sigh*

I gots Rollerblades! Let's hear it for the parentals!! ^____^

...Oh, and I hate job hunting. I despise interviews.

And I have learned one very valuable lesson:

My Mother should never be behind the wheel of any motorized vehicles. EVER!

...That is all. ^_~

It's Saturday night. I have just returned from spending almost a whole day at the mall with Risa. To watch a movie.
We had wanted to see Phat Girls, but it isn't being shown in the theatre at the mall, so we went with our second choice: Take the Lead.

Verdict? HOT!

...and...

...well...

...SeXy. *blush*

Let me get you all to picture this:

Antonio Banderas *melts at the mere memory of his voice*. Wearing a VERY nice tux. Dancing the tango.

What more could a girl ask for?!?!?!?!?

The story was ...ok. Don't get me wrong! It had me (and everyone else in the theatre, for that matter) holding our stomachs in laughter during some scenes and holding our breaths during others.

The dancing on the other hand, was jaw-droping, drool-inducingly delicious.

And the music? Sweet mother of pearls. Let me clarify: Buy. Soundtrack. Now!

Now if you will all excuse me, I must sleep. I HAVE to study tomorrow. >.<

~ Jaa ne!

...p.s. The Pussycat Dolls. A-friggin-mazing. Have I been living under a rock to not have heard 'Beep' and 'Don't Cha' before?! I can't stop listening to those two songs over and over again! They make me want to dance!

*leaps off, in a very bad imitation of what should have been a cool dance move, into the distance, humming to herself*

Two things:

1. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOUR FRIENDS. Especially when one of them is named Dan, and has a webcam. My eyes! God how they burn!! Never again! NEVER again!

2. Learning an entire speech, in a different language, within a week is not a feat I would force even my worst enemy to achieve!

*Bows to Risa*

Thanks to Risa, ( and more specificly, her tutor ) I now have, in my possession, Fullmetal Alchemist: The conquerer of Shambala.
For the anime impaired, it's the Fullmetal Alchemist movie I've been droolingly waiting for. It soooooooo lived up to all my expectations! the only negative thing I can think of at the moment is the end. Happy, yet open-ended. *Shakes head sadly*

The New World, with Collin Farrell on the other hand, was a complete disappointment. Total waste of my time. The only positive aspect, was Mr. Collin himself without a shirt on. *Sigh*

I have to practise my Japanese speech now. Wish me luck!

Oh, I GOT POPCORN!!!

IS it?
If it is, it's not at all like I imagined it would be. I don't know. I guess turning nineteen would have been more...glorious.
My sister's present is in the mail. I probably won't receive it today.
I just got off the phone with the parentals, and it turns out that their present to me is already sitting in my bank account. All two hundred dollars of it.
Part of me thinks that that's a lot of money..but the rest of me can't help but feel disappointed. Money's tighter than usual, so I don't know why I expected more..I just..did. I'm not sure I can even buy what I had originally wanted to.

Doesn't really feel like a Birthday at all.

...Maybe I just need to take a nap or something...

Is indeed a way of life. Mine at least.

I spend way too much time watching the Olympics rather than doing my homework. Currently watching 'Guarding Tess' instead of writting my Japanese speech.

Oh, and I am nursing a very bad injury, that I will never forget, of a private nature. *wince*

Other than that, everything's fine. I'm fine. ^_^

Birthday in four days! Woop! I getting money from parentals, that I intend to blow on rollerblades or sexy lingery. *Laughs*
